How will you make an impact in this role?


In Colleague Service (CS), we focus driving greater efficiencies in our processes, improving the user experience, and delivering insights to business leaders to enhance their decision making. The HR Reporting Analyst role will be part of the HRIS Reporting team, responsible for the development and advancement of reporting and analytics, as well as support on managing activities within our risk framework. The role requires a good understanding of reporting tools, particularly Oracle HCM products, as well as strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 


Key Responsibilities:


  • Understanding our internal stakeholders’ needs and delivering value by creating right reporting solutions for them
  • Processing requests received through the Adhoc Tool and building custom reports where required
  • Responsible for preparing and maintenance of weekly/Monthly/Quarterly schedules
  • Use data and analytics to drive the employee strategy, planning and process; address and solve any data integrity, compliance and reporting issues
  • Responding to reporting queries received through the shared mailbox
  • Troubleshooting and testing reports in HRIS Reporting systems
  • Learning and developing dashboards using Oracle-based & Tableau to produce deeper insights which can be used for further decision-making. 
  • Responding to reporting queries received through the shared mailbox
  • Training and educating reporting tool users (those who’re authorized) on how to self-service reports and providing timely assistance
  • Working in a team environment and providing support to other team members

Minimum Qualifications


  • Proficient with Excel, hand on experience on Tableau and other reporting is mandatory
  • Should be able to manage large data points and identify the call outs / opportunity area and share recommendations
  • Ability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Effectively works independently within a team construct, while supporting teamwork and achievement of team objectives

Preferred Qualifications:


  • 2-3 years of experience with BI Tools (Oracle HCM and OAC preferred)
  • Prior experience in HR Reporting is preferrable
