Responsible for day-to-day office activities for Managing Director
Schedule and plan meeting and appointments. Publish minutes of meetings and required follow ups
Crafting, maintaining, and entering information into databases including customer contacts , ensuring accuracy and validity of information
Lead calendar for designated Director
Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents; photocopy, fax, etc. as needed
Read and route incoming mail and process outgoing mail
Assist in planning company events, meetings, luncheons and employee team building activities or special projects
Assist designated leaders in expense claim procedure ensuring timeliness and accuracy
Engaging with vendors & visitors in office
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Handle conference room booking/meeting space
Coordinating travel by booking accommodations and reservations needs as required
Qualification, Skill & Experience:- Graduate in any stream- Proven ability as an Executive Assistant reporting directly - to senior management- Excellent in MS Office- High ability to comprehend, highly organized and ability to multi task
