• Propose agendas, coordinate, and document Staff Meetings, Monthly Business Reviews, All Associate meetings and Leadership Team workshops.
• Host regular meetings such as the Monthly Leadership Team Meeting and Staff Meetings.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support business objectives
• Assist in preparing presentations, financial reports, and key business documents.
• Coordinate skip-level meetings by developing invitee list and publishing meeting minutes.
• Conduct or provide assistance for internal audits
• Support regional policy deployment activities.
• Implement CIP (Continuous Improvement Process) activities within Syntegon India
• Ensure annual ratification of authorization to sign binding external correspondence

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, specialization Strategy, Finance, or a related field (preferred)

• 12-14 years of experience in strategy, business consulting, corporate planning, or executive support roles
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools for business insights
