Job Description:
EA at GTC site,
·Serve as a single point of contact for TCOE's leadership, employees, and other external vendors.
·Schedule and organize meetings; prepare agendas and take minutes on behalf of the leadership team.
·Manage the information flow and communicate effectively.
·Initiate Internal & External communication draft- memos, emails, newsletters & other adhoc reports
·Channelize and work with various team leads to generate operations report on quarterly basis.
·Organize and manage events, and coordinate for all office executive visits and maintain visitor database tracker.
POC for collating data and releasing monthly News Letters.
Vendor Management & document validation related to site technology service spend
Event management coordinating with internal and external partners
