Key Responsibilities/Outcomes
A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization; resolves a wide range of complex issues in creative ways.
Able to work either individually on tasks and projects or as a team on joint tasks and projects

Solves complex problems and an ability to look at new perspectives using new or existing solutions. • Understands and adheres to best security practices in the industry and the company.
Possesses excellent verbal and written skills
Skilled in writing documentation covering all areas of technical responsibility for purposes of support/ troubleshooting/auditing
Implements, tests and integrates new applications/tools as required to support environment
Understanding and knowledge around implementation of DR planning for critical applications according to determined strategies
Skilled in providing instructions and training to staff when necessary
Follows through in completion of user issues through tickets/emails/user contact
Possesses good user interaction skills with an ability to gather, monitor, and respond to requests for support
Investigates and diagnoses system faults and errors

You will be successful in this role if you have:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience with primary emphasis on support of Microsoft O365 and secondarily with Exchange On-Premises and Exchange Online environments
Must be fully experienced in SMTP, IMAP, Outlook, IIS relays and all basic messaging functionality
Proven experience with DMARC/DKIM/SPF
Must have working knowledge of Azure/Entra for resolving messaging related issues
Must have working knowledge of Active Directory for troubleshooting email issues
Knowledge of Proofpoint and/or SendGrid is desirable.
