The Engineer Intmd Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for a variety of engineering activities including the design, acquisition and development of hardware, software and network infrastructure in coordination with the Technology team.

This position is part of the Safety & Soundness Technology Organization. As a ETL developer, you will have opportunities to work in technology solutions aiding Operation Risk Management.We are seeking a talented, highly detail-oriented, and motivated Talend ETL developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ETL solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of data quality principles, proficiency in Talend, and experience with ETL processes and data management.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, enhance, and maintain ETL processes using Talend to support DQ function, increase automation and ensure accurate and timely data integration and transformation.
Write and optimize PL/SQL scripts, procedures, and packages to support data quality initiatives in Oracle.
Develop and execute test plans to validate the effectiveness of solutions, ensuring high standards of data accuracy and consistency.
Maintain comprehensive documentation
Work closely with data analysts, data engineers, and other team members and stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality data solutions.
Required Skills:
Strong understanding of ETL processes and data integration.
Experience in PL/SQL, SQL, and Oracle database technologies.
Experience with data quality tools and frameworks.
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and technologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Familiarity with data governance and data management principles.
Strong verbal & written communication skills, ability to explain technical concepts to non-tech audience.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology. Advanced degree is a plus.
6 to 10 years of experience in ETL processes using Talend.
Proven experience with PL/SQL development and optimization.
Certification in Talend, Oracle preferred.
