We are seeking a detail-oriented ETL + BI Reports Testing Specialist with expertise in ETL testing and data validation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, ensuring data accuracy, and collaborating with development teams to maintain high-quality data transformation processes.

ETL Testing: Proven experience in ETL testing or related data testing roles, with a strong understanding of ETL processes.
ETL Tools Proficiency: Proficiency in various ETL tools and technologies (e.g., Informatica, Talend, Apache Nifi).
SQL Knowledge: Strong proficiency in SQL and data querying techniques for data validation and analysis.
Data Warehousing: Sound understanding of data warehousing concepts, including star and snowflake schemas.
Reporting Tools: Experience with BI/reporting tools such as SSRS, Cognos, or PowerBI for data visualization and reporting.
Big Data Experience (Desired): Familiarity with big data and unstructured data sources, particularly cloud platforms like AWS (e.g., S3, Redshift).
