ERP Quality Engineering Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an ERP QE Manager to lead the quality assurance strategy for ERP systems, ensuring high-quality, seamless workflows across enterprise applications. This role requires deep expertise in ERP testing, test automation, and quality leadership to drive efficiency and accuracy in ERP implementations and upgrades. Responsibilities:

• Define and implement end-to-end QA strategies for ERP platforms such as Oracle (Preferred), SAP, and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Lead functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across ERP modules, including Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Procurement.
• Oversee data migration testing, performance validation, and compliance testing for ERP implementations.
• Partner with business users, functional consultants, and developers to validate ERP workflows, ensuring seamless integrations.
• Establish test governance frameworks, best practices, and automation adoption strategies to enhance test efficiency.
• Implement CI/CD practices for ERP testing, working with tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Drive test automation using tools such as Selenium, UiPath, and Tricentis Tosca to optimize testing efforts.
• Manage test management tools like JIRA, ALM, TestRail, and Xray to streamline defect tracking and reporting.
• Mentor and lead a team of QA engineers, analysts, and automation testers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and upskilling.

Preferred Skills:

• Expertise in ERP platforms such as Oracle (Preferred), SAP, Microsoft Dynamics
• Strong understanding of ERP workflows, integrations, and data management.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, UiPath, Tricentis Tosca)
• CI/CD & DevOps – Experience with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes to integrate QA in Agile delivery.
• Test Management Tools – Hands-on with JIRA, ALM, TestRail, Xray, or similar.
• Drive cross-functional impact by enhancing test coverage across business processes and user journeys.
• Experience with cloud-based ERP solutions (Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Test automation and RPA tools like UI Path also.
• Identify skill gaps and upskilling opportunities (e.g., UiPath, test automation for ERP).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in quality assurance, with 7+ years specifically in ERP testing & QA leadership
• Expertise in test automation, ERP validation, and performance testing.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to drive cross-functional impact.
