Job Summary: The ILL Key Account Manager is responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing key enterprise accounts for Internet Leased Line (ILL) services. This role involves building strong relationships with decision-makers, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through consultative sales and account retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Business Development • Identify, pitch, and acquire large enterprise clients for ILL solutions. • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets. • Work with ISPs, corporates, SMEs, and government organizations to promote ILL services. • Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase service advantages.
2. Account Management & Retention • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring seamless communication. • Build long-term relationships with CIOs, IT heads, and procurement teams. • Drive renewals, upgrades, and cross-sell opportunities for enterprise solutions. • Handle customer escalations and ensure quick resolution in collaboration with technical teams.
3. Customer Experience & Service Assurance • Ensure high service uptime and SLA compliance in coordination with the NOC & support teams. • Conduct regular service reviews with key accounts and propose improvements. • Monitor customer usage patterns and recommend optimized bandwidth solutions.
4. Market Research & Competitive Analysis • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor pricing, and new technologies in ILL & enterprise connectivity. • Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to refine offerings.
5. Revenue Collection & Credit Control • Monitor billing, invoicing, and collections to ensure timely payments. • Work with finance teams to reduce outstanding dues and improve cash flow.
