Are you passionate about the chance to bring your extensive Delivery experience to lead Digital Releases through complex, full life cycle implementation in a world class company?  The Digital technology Team is looking to add a Enterprise Release Manager to a well-established global digital team.  This position requires someone who is a passionate learner, an independent thinker, works well collaboratively across multiple disciplines, and is comfortable working with a variety of people.  This is a chance to get in and make an immediate impact transforming the way our customers interact with us digitally as we shape the next generation of an enterprise-wide Unified Experience.  Your work will be managing the release plan, coordinate the release process, track release requirements, and facilitate release decisions. 


About the Role
In this opportunity as Enterprise Release Manager, you will:


  • Work in a collaborative team-oriented environment, share information, value diverse ideas, interact with business & technical partner with cross functional and remote teams
  • Continuously update yourself with next generation release methodologies, release tools, and contribute to process improvements across programs

  • Articulate complex issues to leadership, and share ideas, participate in discussions respectfully, and exhibit strong listening skills
  • Responsible for ensuring multiple products release simultaneously across multiple applications for Digital
  • Ensures timely and accurate completion of all release reporting including milestone, feature status and other reports, as requested. 


About You
You're a fit for the role of Enterprise Release Manager, if your background includes:


  • Bachelor's degree or higher level of education, or equivalent experience
  • Multiple years of experience in the Release Management or Environment Management function
  • Experience working with virtual teams both vendor and internal employees
  • Proven experience delivering software using an Agile/Scrum methodology
  • Familiarity with Service Now and ADO
  • Strong leadership, project management, time management and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Maintain Master Release Plan for all TR Digital Workstreams: Marketing, E-commerce, Customer Success and Shared Capabilities – manage any change introduced within release cycles – keep all stakeholders informed – document risk
  • Work with Development Managers, Technical Project Managers and Product Owners to track specific release requirements throughout the development life cycle
  • Work with the Quality Assurance Team to ensure all metrics are captured during both current and regression sprints
  • Conduct Mid-Sprint Review Sessions
  • Develop Release Readiness Content - facilitate Product Release Decisions (e.g. go/no go decisions based upon release quality and risk profile)
  • Coordinate release deployments and code cuts with our Development Operations Team: Release Calendar Alignment, Change Requests, Off-cycle request, hotfixes, etc. 
  • Focus on continuous improvement activities associated with Release Management Practices (e.g. additional automation, process improvements, lessons learned, etc.)
  • Maintain release and deployment procedures – ensure all personnel are trained on expected processes
  • Act as a Technical Project Manager – Internal Infrastructure Projects – Support overall Delivery Effectiveness Process Improvement Efforts 
  • Represent Release Management Practices via SDLC Committee
  • Assist with “root cause” analysis when failures occur during release process
