The Enrollment Processing Specialist. is primarily responsible for processing student enrollments into CampusVue. The daily responsibilities of the Enrollment Processing Specialist. will vary depending on the team to which s/he has been assigned and on the needs of the department on a given day. Example responsibilities include, but are not limited to, auditing student files, completion of the Enrollment Wizard in Campus Vue, verifying completion of Title IV documents (FAFSA, MPN), communicating document status to both Admissions and Education Advisor teams, verifying Proof of Graduation, and other activities related to a student's enrollment.
The primary measurement of success in this position is the timely and accurate completion of individual workload, as assessed on daily, weekly, and other bases. Other measurements include contribution to the advancement of team goals, engagement in process improvement, and quality of service to students and client departments.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Enter student enrollment data in C2k/CampusVue.
Process and quality control student files, which includes verification of receipt of all required enrollment-related documents. Validate that the information in SRM and CVUe are complete and accurate.
Actively engage in and contribute to a culture of constant process improvement
Contribute daily to a collaborative, positive, and supportive work environment.
Hybrid Schedule: 3 days remote / 2 days in office
30-day notification period preferred
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Business or other
1+ years of professional experience in Customer Service
Proficiency with computers and an ability to learn fundamental workings of content management systems and web applications. Daily assignments include extensive use of Microsoft Word, Excel, CVUe and SRM and email
Strong attention to detail Ability to follow processes, work effectively on a team, and maintain a positive attitude
Technical ability to use a database management system
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Ability to work evening and weekend shift preferred
