In the HPE Hybrid Cloud, we lead the innovation agenda and technology roadmap for all of HPE. This includes managing the design, development, and product portfolio of our next-generation cloud platform, Green Lake. Working with customers, we help them reimagine their information technology needs to deliver a simple, consumable solution that helps them drive their business results. Joining our OCTO HPE Orgas a Program Manager and working as part of our OpsRamp team is a chance to make history and be a driving force in the industry. We are revolutionizing cloud computing by building a large-scale, enterprise-ready platform that powers a hybrid edge-to-cloud world. Our platform enables the world's largest and most diverse enterprise IT teams and managed service providers to control the chaos of modern digital infrastructure, and to deliver quickly, efficiently, and at scale while keeping their data secure and meeting sustainability goals.







We do this through hybrid discovery and monitoring, event and incident management, remediation, and automation, powered by AI. We help our enterprise and MSP customers avoid costly outages and performance issues that result in lost revenue and productivity.

What you'll do:



  • Incident Management: Lead the response and resolution of critical incidents, ensuring timely and effective actions are taken to minimize downtime and impact on end-users.



  • Program Coordination: Manage program timelines, identify bottlenecks, and ensure smooth workflow by maintaining close communication with cross-functional teams.



  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Use analytical skills to review program data, identify trends, and develop insights to drive decision-making. Generate reports to track key program metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders.



  • Escalation Management: Establish and follow proper escalation procedures to engage the right teams and resources promptly when handling complex production issues.



  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess and enhance incident management processes and methodologies to ensure efficient and effective handling of issues.



  • Stakeholder Communication: Keep key stakeholders, including executives and management, informed about incidents, resolutions, and ongoing improvement efforts.



  • Issue Tracking and Resolution: Work with Engineering and Support teams to ensure any program-related issues are promptly identified, documented, and resolved. Escalate critical issues when necessary.



What you need to bring:



  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.




  • Experience: 6-8 years in program management or a similar role.



  • Exposure to SaaS model of product delivery.



  • Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Proficiency in data analytics. Proven ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, ambiguous environment. Automation experience is a plus.



  • Proven track record of partnering with engineering teams to drive improvements in tooling and automation. Understanding of process engineering and optimization, including, gathering, analyzing and defining business and functional requirements.



  • Excellent project management skills and proficiency in program management tools (e.g., Jira, Salesforce).



  • Strong technical background, with in-depth knowledge of cloud technologies, and web applications.



  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the abilityto ensure clear, concise updates for both technical and non-technical audiences.



  • Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Support, and Customer teams.
