Role Definition
Manages engineering for design and development of subsystems and software for displays, and onboard machine technologies.
Responsibilities
• Managing staffing, development, and performance management programs for engineering teams; motivating and developing project and team leaders.
• Providing specialized engineering technical support and consulting services to various areas of the organization.
• Managing high-impact, short and long duration engineering initiatives and projects; ensuring achievement of engineering plan and product quality.
• Maintaining product release plans and material plans; driving programs to completion on time and within budget.
Degree Requirement
Degree required : Requires a degree in an accredited Engineering, Computer Science, or Electronics curriculum.
