How you’ll spend your day
Operation & maintenance of HVAC BMS system i.e. (Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider etc.)
Adherence to standard operating procedures, Safety, cGMP and EHS requirements.
Responsible to work in shift (3 shift cycle in a day/General).
To work as per cGMP guideline and upkeep the HVAC facility and all-time readiness for audit.
Implementation of periodical servicing, annual maintenance, and other Engineering related works
Engineering/Maintenance Tech II should be capable to execute/ supervise and having adequate knowledge of pharma/personal healthcare/FMCG Engineering Operation and maintenance. Besides that handle/have practical knowledge of electrical-mechanical industrial engineering equipment installation & commissioning, Operation & maintenance, process piping, utility equipment & HVAC Installation & commissioning, pharma/healthcare building construction, concepts of clean room building. etc.
Supervise contractors/vendor/OEMs and non-payroll manpower. Also, clarify their tasks and required resources.
Execute activities & deliverables and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
Execute GEP documentation like qualification, validation, change management, Project management and other quality-related engineering documentation.
Supports to Develop effective ways to measure and analyze the operation and maintenance progress. Common strategies for documenting a maintenance & operation include data collection and verbal and written status reports.
Leads work area in his shifts and ensures personal safety and also make ensures the whole execution activity would be performed as per site safety compliance and procedures.
Work in ERP, and other QMS software’s.
To use the problem-solving tools to find out the root cause of any failure and implement the CAPA accordingly.
Also has to take care the operation and maintenance of Remaining utilities like Chillers, hot water pumps, cooling towers, Boilers, Water systems, ETP, Fire pump house, Electrical systems, safety compliance activities, Building maintenance of non-manufacturing area.
Your experience and qualifications
ITI/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation
Minimum of 5-10 years of experience with Electrical & Instrumentation installation, calibration, troubleshooting and maintaining process instrumentation up time, HVAC O&M, Area Validation.
Pharma or FMCG industry candidate would only be preferable.
