As an Engineering Lead - Complaints & Advocacy you will design, develop and improve software, utilizing various engineering methodologies, that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues.
To be a successful Engineering Lead - Complaints & Advocacy, you should have experience with:
Should have end-to-end software development lifecycle experience.
Understanding of Software development methodologies, e.g. waterfall, agile.
Awareness of leading-edge tools, techniques and services within IT.
Software development consisting of some of the following languages and technologies:
Using Java (Servlets).
J2EE Frameworks (Spring, Spring boot, Hibernate).
Databases (Oracle / DB2 / SQL).
API – REST / RAML / OAS.
Additional relevant skills given below are highly valued (Desired):
Software development consisting of some of the following languages and technologies:
JQuery / HTML5 / CSS.
XML & XML Java Parsers (xsd, dtd).
Application servers.
Cloud Infrastructure (AWS / Apaas).
Version Control Software (Stash / Bitbucket).
