Engineering Delivery Lead

As an Engineering Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for identifying and resolving key business challenges, defining product and data roadmaps, overseeing execution, and optimizing operational workflows. You will serve as the bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with organizational objectives.

• Business Problem Solving: Identify, define, and break down complex business challenges (technical bottlenecks, customer pain points, operational inefficiencies) into actionable solutions.
• Program Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a program roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and adapting it to evolving business needs.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Ensure solutions effectively address customer pain points, enhance usability, and drive business growth.
• Execution & Process Optimization: Oversee operational processes, track progress, and implement optimizations to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and leadership, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Communication & Reporting: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process and program enhancements using customer feedback, performance metrics, and industry best practices.

• Proficiency in JIRA for project management and tracking.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of SQL for database querying and analytics.
• Familiarity with data product development, cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, Azure), and infrastructure.
• Experience in Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL DBs for data processing.
• Expertise in building scalable enterprise data warehousing and modeling on-premise or cloud.

• Proven experience in program and project management (7+ years), including Agile methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and scale operations effectively.
• Strong analytical skills to break down complex business challenges and drive solutions.
• Expertise in risk and change management and proposal creation.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across various business functions.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities to articulate technical solutions to diverse audiences.
• Experience in operational leadership and process improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 11-14 years of overall relevant experience, with at least 7+ years in program and project management.
