Summary: VES is looking for an Engineer Production to join our team in Faridabad, India location. This person will be responsible for coordinating the activities in Moulding section. (Rubber & Plastic) Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Other duties may be assigned.
Reduce variability in manufacturing by providing standard work methods and work instructions
Ensure product and process quality meets as per specifications required
Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements and equipment layout
Remove waste from the processes
Organize plant start-up and shut-down schedules to ensure minimum loss of production time
Plan and organize maintenance
Respond to breakdowns and Report down time and possible trends
Support and lead continuous improvement, problem solving and process improvement activities
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience
Carry out FMEAs, (Failure Mode Effects Analysis) process documentation and implement improve
Should have good knowledge of Moulding machine process controls. (Rubber /Plastic Moulding)
