Should be having sound knowledge of basic & detail engineering of different Ore processing & conveying system.
Experience of working in large or medium scale projects.
Should have worked in basic & detailed engineering of mineral beneficiation, bulk material handling & conveyors for Australian, European and American Projects.
Have wide experience in Conveyor detailing, Chute & silo detailing,
Proficient in Lay-out preparation
Knowledge of Conveyor Power Calculation as per ISO/ CEMA/ DIN / IS, Selection of Belt width, Belt Speed, Selection of Conveyor Component etc.
In depth knowledge and capable for preparation of Technical Specification, Tender Bid Evaluation, and review of Vendor drawings / document independently for Mineral Beneficiation Equipment like, Mills, Cyclone, Floatation Cell, Sizers, Thickener, Filter Press etc. including Material Handling Equipment, Pumps, Compressors.
Knowledge of Pipe conveyor / Long distance conveyor / finite element analysis will be an added advantage.
Proven expertise in preparing technical specifications and reviewing vendor documentation.
Familiarity with 3D modelling and review software.
Should be conversant with national, international codes and standards, like ASME / API / BS / EN etc.
