Engineer- Java fullstack with Angular

NielsenIQ is seeking a motivated Java Developer with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java/Spring Boot, Angular, and microservices architecture. You will play a key role in designing and implementing scalable applications on Azure, utilizing technologies such as VMSS and AKS, while also contributing to our CI/CD pipeline

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Java-based applications using Spring Boot.
• Build responsive user interfaces using Angular.
• Implement and manage microservices architecture.
• Deploy applications on Azure using VMSS and AKS.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of CI/CD processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Analyze and troubleshoot application performance issues.
• Document technical specifications and participate in code reviews.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Java and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency in Angular as well.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture.
• Experience with Azure services, VMSS, and AKS.
• Understanding of CI/CD methodologies and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and articulation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with PostgreSQL or similar databases.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
