Good Experience in providing maintenance support for laptop breakfix
Excellent understanding on Windows Operating systems, Active Directory
Good understanding on MAC Operating systems and JAMF
Good experience in handling\managing IT Assets
Good experience in troubleshooting Hardware related issues
Good understanding on Virtual Desktops such as AWS Workspace and Azure VD
Good troubleshooting knowledge on Microsoft Office products
Experience in handling IT Helpdesk calls
Experience in working on any ITSM tool preferably ServiceNow
Good communication skills
Experience in supporting AV devices
Ready to work in 24*5 rotational shift (Monday through Friday)
