About the Role:

The Role: Engineer III, Quality Engineering


The Team: The team is responsible for taking data from a client and importing into our system. We validation, business rules, QC before we master the data for use. This teams handles large amounts of data, so it is important that it is done efficiently and accurately.


The Impact: This position matters because the quality of the data is the number one priority. Without data consistency, our data will be worthless and our clients to move on.

Responsibilities:


  • Reviews and analyze complex quality assurance data and metrics to provide insights, conclusions, and actionable recommendations.
  • Produce reports, communications, and quality assurance training materials. 
  • Aid in the development of new products services or technologies.
  • Design, develop and integrate quality assurance and metrics architecture roadmaps/systems.
  • Solves complex problems by taking a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions.  Acts as a resource for less experienced colleagues.
  • Requires conceptual and practical expertise in own area and general knowledge of related areas.

What We’re Looking For:


  • Has advanced knowledge of QA and metrics architecture processes.
  • Has working to proven knowledge of using recognized test methodologies and techniques, risk-based testing, test early/test often, considers using experience and user's business domain.
  • Has the ability to work with one or more high-level programming languages or technologies and understand the SDLC and agile methodologies.
  • Has the ability to utilize one or more test frameworks or tools used.  Also is developing effective design and use of different types of testing.
  • Has working test management and applies appropriate change and environment management and accurate reporting on software quality.
