Job Title: Engineer - Electrical

Purpose of Role:The electrical function has handled the workload from all product teams (Pump, Valve, Cyclone, Screens) and Solutions teams (Sand plant, Integrated mining solution, MDP, Crushing & Screening).
Key Responsibilities
Electrical panel schematic/Motor specification document review. Preparation of Single Line Diagram based on Motor Load / Feeder List Preparation of BOQ with specification based on Single Line Diagram Preparation Electrical and Control room Layout Commissioning support for projects and Root cause analysis for Electrical failures at Site Preparation of Technical Specification for Electrical panel and components. Vendor Evaluation and Technical Recommendation to Procurement. Adherence to Quality process for approval of Parts. Selection and Sizing of Panel, Earthing and Lighting, Capacitor. Selection of Transformer, HT Switchgear, PCC, MCC, PMCC, Variable Frequency Drives, Soft Starters, Battery Charger, DG Set, PDB, NGR, Bus duct and HT, LT Motors Sound knowledge on LT and LT Power distribution/instruments/cables Travel to supplier/customer location for plant inspection/commissioning.
Lean Responsibilities
Knowledge and exposure to basic lean techniques. Conduct VAVE would be an added advantage.
Safety Responsibilities
Requires sound knowledge on safety and SHE (Safety Health and Environment) best practices to be followed by him and the stakeholders around his working environment.
Qualification
Required: Diploma / BE - Electrical Engineering
Experience
No of years: 3 to 5 Years
Specific experience requirement: Electrical Engineering knowledge for HT, LT Feeders, Motors and Power distribution
