We are seeking a talented individual to join our IT team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Mumbai/Pune. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

IT application team is an in-house application development and support team for a suite of applications used by the Insurance Broking & Employee Benefit business
We will count on you to:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Adapt to changing project environments and tackle problem-solving challenges effectively.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
What you need to have:
- B.E/B. Tech
- Minimum 60% in Graduation and Post Graduation
- Graduated in 2023 or 2024 with no backlogs in any subject

- Openness to work in 24X7 shift environment when needed
