General Summary:
Job Overview:
• Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Communication Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 0-2 years’ development experience with C/C++ Embedded Linux/Windows software and good programming skills.
• Good understanding of AI/ML concepts.
• Responsible for seamless enablement of Windows AI/ML platform on Qualcomm Snapdragon through Neural Processing Engine/AI software stack. This includes AI model optimization using model conversion, optimization, online/offline graph creation, and backend processing for best performance on CPU/GPU/NPU using Qualcomm Neural Network.
• Explore and iterate on finding optimal tiling and data movement strategies for the latest AI models, including generative AI and new models.
• Good hands-on experience with troubleshooting software and system issues.
• Strong aptitude, quick learner, self-motivated, willing to explore and work across breadth of various technology areas.
Preferred Qualifications
• In-depth knowledge of AI/ML concepts and techniques
• Familiarity with implementation of key ML operations like CONV, EINSUM and non-linear operators with focus on power, performance and memory optimization, enablement of generative AI and new models on NPU backend
• Good understanding of AI frameworks ONNX, Pytorch and TF
• Experience with AI/ML inference stacks such as ONNXRuntime, TFlite etc.
• Experience with GPU/NPU backend acceleration
