Principal responsibilities
Talent Recognition & Retention Pillar
- Work closely with the Pillar Sponsor to roll-out comprehensive strategies for recognizing, rewarding, and retaining top talent across GPSO.
- Govern initiatives to improve employee retention through Talent Programmes and focused interventions on GPSO-wide attrition by reporting to the GPSO ExCo.
- Facilitate workshops with the GPSO ExCo to ensure that the talent strategy aligns with GPSO’s goals.
Learning and Development Pillar
- Support the Pillar Sponsor to drive the development of continuous learning and growth programmes to enable our employees’ professional development (via internal/external accreditations).
- Track the delivery and execution of leadership training, skills development workshops, and mentorship programmes.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to measure and enhance the effectiveness of learning and development programmes and to improve employee onboarding and off-boarding experience for reporting to the GPSO ExCo.
Diversity & Inclusion Pillar
- Enable the Pillar Sponsor to drive the diversity and inclusion initiatives for promoting a workplace culture that values diversity and fosters an environment of belonging.
- Partner with various stakeholders (GPSO ExCo, Pillar Sponsor, and Site Leads) to build and implement D&I strategies and metrics to ensure measurable outcomes.
- Channel conversations between the Pillar Sponsor and the Recruitment Teams to ensure diverse talent pipelines and equitable hiring practices to deliver on our diversity targets.
People Engagement & Wellness
- Oversee Pillar Sponsor’s strategy implementation for employee engagement activities, ensuring consistent and meaningful touchpoints that promote connection and company culture.
- Support logistics on employee recognition and wellness programmes to create a sense of belonging and purpose within the workforce.
- Leverage surveys and other tools to assess employee sentiment and engagement, driving action plans wherever necessary.
Organization Health
- Drive conversations between the GPSO ExCo and Pillar Sponsor towards organizational design efforts, including role standardization, that align with GPSO’s current and future needs.
- Govern the to-be-implemented real-time performance management.
- Report on Y-o-Y improvement in terms of Snapshot scores to the GPSO ExCo.
GPSO Comms:
- Draft and deliver a comprehensive Comms plan with a well-defined strategy in place to ensure consistent messaging across GPSO as well as Business and Tech stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the GPSO ExCo to disseminate timely announcements on key organization strategy pivots, and leadership messaging.
- Oversee the creation of communication materials such as bulletins & newsletters by working closely with the GPSO ExCo and Site Leads.
