Endur - Business Analyst (Implementation)

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Endur and implementation projects. 1. Endur Expertise:

• Utilize in-depth knowledge of Endur to analyze, design, and implement business solutions.
• Configure and customize Endur to meet specific business requirements.
• Stay updated with the latest Endur features, functionalities, and industry trends.

• Lead and manage Endur implementation projects from inception to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project components.

• Conduct thorough business analysis to understand and document business processes, requirements, and challenges.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and functional requirements.

• Act as a liaison between business users, technical teams, and vendors.
• Facilitate communication and ensure all stakeholders are informed of project status, risks, and issues.
• Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update stakeholders on project progress.

• Design effective Endur solutions that align with business goals.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of implemented solutions.
• Identify and resolve any issues or defects during the testing phase.

• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of Endur solutions.
• Create user manuals, training materials, and documentation.
• Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance post-implementation.
