Endpoint Engineer
What you can expect
The Endpoint Engineer will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing endpoint solutions across our organization. This role involves working closely with IT, security teams, and end-users to ensure the optimal performance, security, and management of all endpoint devices, including desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices. Scripting will be required as part of the job to automate processes, streamline workflows, and enhance endpoint management efficiency.
About the Team
Zoom's Endpoint Engineers are responsible for all of Zoom internal infrastructure and operations. Enabling Zoom to to deliver customer happiness and enhancing business efficiency. Our impact is evident in seamless user experiences, streamlining processes, and supporting Zoom's growth in communication and collaboration.
What we’re looking for
Experience in Endpoint Management: Experience managing endpoint devices such as Windows,
Experience with macOS, Android OS, and iOS.
Experience in VMware Workspace ONE: Proficiency in deploying, configuring, and managing this tool for
Experience in Endpoint Security: Expertise in implementing security measures like antivirus, Mobile
Experience Device Management (MDM), malware protection, and encryption.
Experience in Scripting: Hands-on experience with scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash, or Python to automate endpoint management tasks.
Experience in Windows OS and macOS, including deployment, troubleshooting, and policy enforcement.
Experience with authentication methods and certifications, ensuring robust access control.
Provide regular performance and security status reports for endpoint devices
