This position will be based in Bangalore, India.
The Position
The Employer Brand Activation Specialist is responsible for developing and executing the talent attraction and employer branding strategy in India. This includes collaborating with local stakeholders in P&O, Comms, and Core Recruitment to understand critical local talent needs, develop strategies and tactics to address these needs, and ensure alignment with global talent attraction priorities and that our global Employer Value Proposition is brought to life in a consistent, yet market fit and impactful manner in the given market.
Key responsibilities include:
Work closely with local P&O/LoB and core recruitment to Define and prioritizing critical workforce needs, developing talent attraction strategies, and creating yearly talent attraction plans.
Advise and execute on initiatives and tactics to address talent attraction needs short and long term, considering the local market context, data and insights and global tools/concepts available. This could include, but is not limited to:
Support with local content and employee stories for always on campaigns
Create media plans to bring to life our Employer Value Proposition in close collaboration with local Comms.
Plan and execute on recruitment marketing campaigns
Plan and execute talent outreach initiatives and events
Build and maintain relationships with universities, industry contacts, and other sources of potential candidates
Drive and safeguard consistency and high quality in job ads within the market
Support/manage recruitment marketing campaigns across the region related to strategic priorities and talent segments
Drive/support identification and onboarding of preferred vendors at country level where global vendors are not sufficient.
Provide reporting on prioritised EB campaigns activities within market
Provide inputs on market talent attraction needs to global EB leads, in order to make sure our global products reflect what adds the biggest business value at any given time.

Qualifications
To be considered for this position, we expect you to:
Have min. 5 years of experience working with marketing, branding, communications (preferably related to talent attraction)
Have experience with digital campaign management (from international marketing agency/consultancy or large international company)
Ideally BA or other academic degree in business, marketing, branding, communications

You have a high degree of cultural agility and an international mindset, and you speak and write English fluently, enabling you to manage stakeholders and work efficiently with colleagues across cultures. You will join the Global Employer Branding & Onboarding Centre of Excellence team, consisting of experienced, dedicated, and passionate employees from a range of profes-sional backgrounds (HR, Communication, Business Development, Marketing & Natural Sciences).
