About the job

Sanofi has big plans to become the Go-to Employer in Biopharma andyou’ll play a key role in making this happen. An organized and proactive Creative Project Manager, you’ll oversee and coordinate the workflowand quality outputof our video editors and graphic designers within the employer branding team.


You’llbe part of a diverse team that creates content to position Sanofi as the Go to employer in Bio-pharma. In this role, youllbe responsible for distributing tasks, defining processes, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality creative assets. You’llcollaborate with the Employer branding team and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals, gather feedback, and manage adjustments as needed. This role reports into the Global Content and Creative Leadfor Employer Brand.



Main responsibilities:



  • Distribute, prioritize, and organize the workload for video editors and graphic designers based on project requirements, timelines, and team capacity.



  • Develop and implement efficient workflows, processes, and best practices to streamline creative production and ensure consistency across projects.




  • Serve as the main point of contact for the design team and Content Manager, gathering project requirements and providing regular updates on project progress.



  • Track and report on project advancements, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and align with employer branding objectives.



  • Gather feedback from the requesting teams and stakeholders, communicating necessary adjustments to the creative team and following up on changes.



  • Monitor project deadlines and proactively address potential bottlenecks, making sure resources are used effectively.



  • Maintain organized records of project documentation, timelines, and deliverables to ensure transparency and facilitate reporting.



  • Support on graphic design and video editing when necessary.



About you 

Experience:



  • You’re an experienced project manager with a background in managing creative projects, ideally with 4-8 years of relevant experience.


  • Experience in an Employer branding, Marketing, or Creative agency setting.


Soft and Technical skills



  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines efficiently is essential.



  • Skilled in defining and optimizing processes, ensuring smooth workflow and collaboration among creative teams.



  • Strong understanding of the creative production process, including video editing, graphic design, and branding considerations.



  • Detail-oriented and able to track progress, identify issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.



  • Proactive at gathering feedback and managing adjustments to ensure deliverables meet stakeholder expectations.


  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g.,Planner, Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and familiarity with creative tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud.



  • Ability to handle fast-paced environments and adapt quickly to changing priorities



Languages:



  • Fluency in English is a must.



  • Proficiency in French, Chinese or German is a plus.
