Job Summary:
This position is required to effectively respond to state agency inquiries received via the Equifax CaseBuilder application regarding US Unemployment Claims through collaboration between business management and third-party vendor - Equifax.He/She reviews Equifax CaseBuilder several times per day to respond to any new Requests for Information (RFI), Decisions, and Hearings. He/She coordinates with UPS management daily to obtain relevant information/documentation requested by Equifax. As Equifax needs first-hand knowledge regarding the employee’s termination, he/she also utilizes existing systems such as Workday, Automated Employment, and myHR to obtain the required documentation.
Responsibilities:
Coordinates with UPS management through email, chat and call to obtain relevant information regarding employee's termination
Provides first-hand knowledge about employee's termination to Equifax
Processes claims efficiently by extracting all the relevant information and making critical decisions
Ensures information is uploaded in the Equifax application timely
