We’re hiring an EMI/EMC expert for the automotive products in the areas of Active Safety and User-Experience. This position is located in TCI.

Your Role

• Work independently on the EMI/EMC items during the entire product development cycle from the Requirements phase to production.
• Manage EMI/EMC tasks throughout the product lifecycle, from requirements to production, ensuring compliance with EMC standards.
• Review schematics, layouts, mechanical housings, and test data for EMC compliance, assisting in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Lead pre-compliance EMC testing, develop EMC control plans, and assist with IC-level EMC improvements at supplier sites.
• Enhance global EMC design processes, develop automated tools/scripts, and support product teams with robust test plans and EMC training.
• Mentor engineering teams on EMC issues, monitor emerging EMC technologies, and develop new pre-compliance/bench tests.

Your Background

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering graduate BE/ B. Tech / ME/ M. Tech (Electronics / Electricals)
• #EXP[7-12]
• Expertise in EMI/EMC for automotive products, including microcontrollers, SoCs, high-speed memory, LVDS, FPD Link-III circuitry, and high-speed design.
• Hands-on experience with automotive EMC test standards, Spectrum Analyzer/EMI Receiver, and EMC lab troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in high-speed serial communications, signal integrity, switching power supply design, and multi-layer PCB design using ECAD tools.
• Knowledge of RF concepts, RF simulations (HFSS, SiWave), EMC test automation, IC-level EMC standards, and use of impedance/network analyzers.
• Strong English communication skills (both spoken and written) for technical documentation and collaboration.
