As an Associate Marketing Manager within the EMEA ETF Marketing team at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, you will be responsible for engaging with local and European stakeholders. Your role will involve collaborating with marketing teams and central specialist groups to successfully execute key ETF marketing campaigns and activities. Utilizing your marketing expertise and interest in investment products and capital markets, you will manage a diverse range of projects and campaigns, including web content management, e-mail marketing, paid media, social media marketing, and data & reporting. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, manage multiple priorities and projects, and build strong relationships with business and project stakeholders


Job Responsibilities


  • Deliver ETF web pages across multiple sites and languages and in line with compliance procedures
  • Work with external agency and internal partners to deliver web pages based on pre-approved templates
  • Propose content updates to keep website content up to date and to action insights from data
  • Execute e-mail marketing activities like monthly newsletter or event communications in cooperation with ETF marketing team
  • Work with agency on building and delivering e-mails across several markets and multi-language versions
  • Deliver paid media campaigns across multiple languages in cooperation with ETF marketing team
  • Work with agency to get paid media campaigns into market
  • Support ETF marketing team in rolling out organic social media assets in different languages
  • Prepare monthly e-mail and web reporting to sales and country marketing
  • Manage and update CRM campaigns

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills 


  • Degree in Digital Marketing, Communications or other related business discipline. 
  • At least 5 years of  marketing experience, ideally with previous experience with an internationally operating financial services firm. ETF or asset management experience 
  • Project management experience with excellent attention to detail, solid organizational skills and the ability to accurately manage large volumes of information from multiple sources and the ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple priorities and projects at one time. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Must demonstrate initiative and ownership of assigned responsibilities.
  • Must be able to establish strong relationship with the business and project stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills with internal & external stakeholders and ability to manage multiple relationships within ETF marketing team, central marketing functions, sales, compliance and operations.
  • Team player, with a very strong work ethic and high energy level
  • Analytical – able to understand, interpret & leverage data to optimize campaigns
  •  Understanding of ETFs, asset management and financial markets.
