Control Risks is currently looking for an experienced Security and CSR coordinator to support a key energy-sector client, based on-site in Barmer (Rajasthan), India.
Reporting to the Country Head of Security, key responsibilities will include:
Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management strategy to ensure the Client's operations are conducted safely, prioritising the protection of employees, families, information, and assets.
Evaluate all potential high risk scenariosin the operational region and devise preventive and mitigation plans for these risks.
Manage on-going engagements with community representatives as well as senior CSR & Security teams in other organisations living & working in sites around Barmer where the client has operations
Collaborate with direct and functional managers to conduct risk assessments.
Analyse emerging risk trends and provide relevant insights and guidance to the Client.
Perform risk assessments of company locations to ensure that current and future premises meet the highest standards of risk controls, enabling uninterrupted business operations in a safe and secure environment.
