About the role:
The Email Marketing Operations team at Springer Nature is currently seeking an Email Marketing Operations Executive. This team, comprised of marketing operation specialists, is responsible for supporting and executing email marketing campaigns. Their primary focus is implementing complex automation and standard campaigns as directed by marketing colleagues, ensuring quality assurance, providing technical support, and maintaining a strong emphasis on marketing automation initiatives.
Role Responsibilities:
Manage and execute high-volume email marketing campaigns, including standard and automation campaigns
Collaborate with planning and technical teams, ensuring clear and effective communication across multiple channels
Utilise various email marketing automation platforms to implement and optimise email campaigns
Monitor ongoing automated processes to ensure a seamless operation
Offer technical support and guidance, addressing feedback to improve campaign performance
Generate reports and analyse campaign results to measure effectiveness and inform strategy
Identify and escalate technical issues to the appropriate teams, conducting tests to validate fixes.
Required Experience and Skills:
Excellent communication skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills/ problem-solving skills
Experience using customer engagement/digital marketing platforms (experience with HubSpot and/or Braze a plus)
Experience with HTML, JavaScript is a plus
Eligibility
