Electromechanics/Electrotechnology, Senior Design Engineer

- Good knowledge on Wiring Devices & accessories (Switches, Socket outlet, frames, Fan regulator, RJ 45/11, USB … etc)

• Good knowledge of New Product development, Product Evolution, and lifecycle management (PMP & PEP)
•  Proficient in design of plastic parts, Sheet metal parts, DFM & material selection
•  Knowledge on Tolerance analysis, CAD (Creo), PDM, PLM
•  Proven record of working with cross functional teams in global and complex project environment for at least 4-5 years
•  Good Presentation, communication & Leadership skills
•  Knowledge on Quality aspects (Risk mitigation, RCA, Quality tools, xFMEA...)
• Value engineering / Productivity to be competitive
•  Qualification of components/Sub-assemblies/products (as per Global / Local / Internal standards)
•  Knowledge of national and international standards for Wiring devices is nice to have
•  Actively contributes towards Innovation and development activities

BE / B Tech in Mechanical engineering with 7-10 years of relevant experience
