Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your electrical engineering and process design expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and collaborative teammates.
You'll lead the industrialization of technical documentation, ensuring alignment with our standard manufacturing processes. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Engineering, Supply Chain, and Warranty Teams), simulate tools in CATIA, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of developing work instructions, implantation of workstations, and bill of materials, but also contribute to the project's make or buy strategy.
We’ll look to you for:
Leading the industrialization of maintenance, overhauling, and warranty activities
Simulating and updating tooling designs and layouts as needed
Creating and validating industrial deliverables and training plans
Implementing and improving industrial processes while respecting safety and EHS standards
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and efficiency
Contributing to the continuous improvement of industrial standards and practices

Degree in BE/B-Tech Electrical or related field
Experience with AutoCAD and CATIA
Proficiency in IT tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Fluency in English and Hindi
Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking
Experience in industrial processes, tooling design, and lean manufacturing
Excellent communication and team-building skills
