The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the electrical maintenance activities, ensuring the reliability and integrity of electrical systems, and implementing maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
Conducting regular inspections and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment
Troubleshooting electrical issues and implementing solutions to ensure uninterrupted operations
Developing and implementing maintenance procedures and protocols
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize maintenance processes and minimize downtime
Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations
Managing and supervising maintenance staff
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
5+ years of experience in electrical maintenance within the Oil & Gas industry
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and maintenance best practices
Proven experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving
Excellent communication and leadership skills
