Key Accountabilities:

• Ability to lead sub-system activities and help your team to achieve goals. Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results.
• Support Sales & Project Team for Pre-Bid Technical specifications and costing. Be part of the Project Execution Team for Diesel/DRUPS/Gas Projects.
• Experience in Power distribution, Breaker design, Protective relay, GCB Panels and data centre mechanical exhaust system, fuel system, cooling systems and room/enclosure acoustic. Knowledge of applicable electrical and regulatory codes.
• RFQ/ technical specifications for procurement of materials and electrical components from supplier. Technical sign-off for RFQ & Timeline submission documentsà Scope freeze for suppliers.
• Detailed Engineering and Integration for panels, busduct, field Instrumentation, sub system Interface and integration with complete system.
• Manufacturing drawings and TDS submittals to customer and approval for the same.
• Application engineering includes Quality assurance, design & Application development for PowerGen business like Electrical Panels, Cables, Batteries, Busduct, Electrical Instrumentation and its integration with Customer Panels.
• Application Engineer will work closely with global application and R&D team in designing, developing and deploying scalable technologies that will lead to increase customer satisfaction

• To interface with quality, sourcing, materials etc. for various value analysis cost reduction quality improvement projects
• Demonstrate Cost reduction in the Customer Application Engineering.
• Follow and adhere to safety and security policies and procedures. Report immediately any safety or security issues or concerns.
• Manage relationships with clients and suppliers to ensure that all expectations are clarified, understood, documented, and met.

Key Skills / Experience Required:

• B.E/B. Tech (Electrical Engineering/Industrial), ME/M. Tech preferred
• Relevant years of Experience with 1-2 Years in Electrical Engineering and Data Center Projects
• Strong leadership skills and personal Integrity.
• Understanding of business requirement. Be able to diagnose problems quickly and have foresight into potential issues
• Ability to work with global team, communicating accurately within the team and with customers and suppliers.
• Good decision-making & analytical skills, ability to work independently and with team. Good Communication skills in English (Oral & Written). German language is preferred
• Experience in Design, Engineering, PowerGen Application (Diesel & Gas), Testing & Validation
