Mission Statement: We are seeking ELCM Team Lead with extensive Workday experience to join our HR Operations team. In this key role, you will play a central part in ensuring our employee lifecycle activities management with HR Operations team.  You will be responsible for utilizing your Workday expertise to implement effective ELC business processes within the Workday platform, providing HR administration and employee data management services to clients. Manages and processes employee records and information within the system. Performs routine data audits and ensures employee data are up-to-date and accurate. Also engages in back-office and transaction services such as performance management records, leave and exit administration. Your Responsibilities: Accountable for all deliverables supported by Employee life cycle management team. Structure, implement, stabilize the transformation initiatives at HR ops ELCM level. Deliver tasks through direct reports with a span of 15-20 team members and ensure adherence to timeline, quality and KPIs. Manage and own stakeholder relationships and acts as first point of escalation for projects. Drive operational efficiencies through quality, technology, automation, and standardization initiatives Work closely with delivery Lead to track critical financial and operational metrics with a view to meet unit objectives and drive operational excellence. Leverage best practices followed in other Common Shared Services groups and service lines across the globe and introduce the same for the team. Risk Analysis and mitigation – Understanding of high impact risks, develop mitigation plans and governance. Succession planning for critical roles and training needs assessment for wider team & Collaborate with support functions to drive initiatives. Lead the ongoing maintenance of Workday ELC modules (Master data maintenance, onboarding etc.). Implement Workday workflows and reports to streamline ELCM processes & Partner with Workday administrators, COE & IT to ensure optimal system performance for service line. Ensure all processes comply with relevant regulations and company policies. Prepare and submit required reports to stakeholder and process owners. Manage audits related to HR Master data maintenance and Onboarding of new employees. Maintain accurate and confidential records of employee information in workday and maintain employee e-records in defined tools. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of ELCM service line operations. Stay current with industry trends and best practices & Utilize HR technology and systems to streamline processes and improve service delivery. Identify opportunities for process improvements & Implement best practices and streamline operations to enhance efficiency. Lead projects related to system upgrades, process automation, and other initiatives. Your Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred. 7 - 8 years of hands-on experience in the HR Operations Employee Life Cycle Management service line. End-to-end knowledge of workday business process flows (HR Module) for Hire to Retire activities. 4 - 5 years of experience in managing high performing teams with HR function. Experience in project management and closely worked with leadership to drive initiatives and management activities across. Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
