Position Title: EHS officer
Term of Employment: Siemens Direct contract
Location: base location KW or GGN, deputed at service sites
Educational Qualification: Dip / B.E in Electrical / Mechanical and Diploma in Industrial Safety from recognized university (Mandatory)
EHS experience required. BE/Dip with min 4-5 Yrs
Experience Requirements:
·Should have the knowledge in Safety Management System implementation
·UA UC Near miss reporting, HIRA & JSA, preparation and periodic review/updation.
·PPE awareness, training,
·Safety improvements/Kaizens,
·Safety procedures, safety standards – preparations and implementations at sites
·Work permit & LOTO system
·Factory Act , BOCW rules.
·Industrial experience in refineries, automobile, petrochemicals are preferred
·Construction Site Experience (Not Civil)
·Monthly EHS data preparation, analysis, action plan preparation, improvements in PPE analysis and its control. Monitoring safety performances of site.
·Root cause analysis, incident investigation, training sessions at sites
·Able to analyse the safety data and prepare action plan. good commanding communication skill, generate safety reports on day to day basis.
·Should be able to manage site independently with all stakeholders
·Good communication skills in English and hindi
·Ready to travel at various sites based on project/service site execution
·Support site manager/service managers in EHS planning, budgeting, resource planning, execution and service jobs
·Discussion with external vendors, suppliers and customers on safety topics
·Prepare training plan, TBT calendars and execute the same at sites
·Conduct site due diligence for service and IPM sites
·Contractor EHS qualification and performance evaluation
