• Maintain and document the HSE program, including playbooks, procedures, and records required by the regulations, and the client.
• Complete and update Hazard/PPE Assessments for all account locations to ensure safety standards are met.
• Establish and maintain a regulatory compliance register for each account location to track and manage compliance requirements.
• Manage and report accidents, injuries, near misses/good catches, and other events, ensuring proper data capture and compliance with OSHA 301/300 recordkeeping requirements.
• Lead or support investigations of HSE events, analyze root causes, track and support effective corrective actions, and communicate lessons learned across account operations.
• Ensure compliance with HSE sections of the Operational Compliance Program (OCP) and support environmental compliance /client Master Service Agreement (MSA)/Statement of Work (SOW).
• Support the HSE Americas team in implementing new compliance and best management practices programs across the account, and occasionally support JLL-wide HSE activities.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks within the facility.
• Provide trainings and education to employees on HSE procedures, practices, and emergency response protocols.
• Establish incident reporting and investigation protocols to ensure timely reporting and thorough investigation of accidents, incidents, and near misses.
• Lead incident investigations to identify root causes, develop corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of incidents, near misses, safety training, and inspections.
• Monitor and analyze HSE performance metrics and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations and requirements in reference to work permit.
