Team Summary
The Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) team is looking for a high-performance individual to join its Managed Services (VMS) practice and play a key role in developing and delivering high impact learning and development projects in Asia Pacific region. The potential candidate will proactively engage with Visa Account Executives and their Clients, by coordinating training engagements that help upskill and equip client’s staff with the skills necessary for supporting business growth.
What a Training Support Manager does at Visa:
As a training support manager, you will be expected to:
Communicate with Visa managers/internal stakeholders to identify training needs and mapping out development plans for teams and individuals
Map out training plans and schedules, help Visa managers/internal stakeholders design the right training programs (outsourced or in-house) based on client’s requirements
Market available training opportunities and providing necessary information to Account Executives and their clients
Assist in coordinating with travel & logistic third-party providers for Training initiatives, and liaise Visa internal stakeholders to ensure smooth end-to-end execution
Collaborate with Visa Account Executives and Consulting Leads in markets to optimize delivery of training initiatives
Provide administrative support for travel-related training initiatives
Assist in operational tasks involving travel-related and training initiatives
Assist in developing and tracking an impact measurement for the training provided to clients
Maintain up-to-date records and documentation

Projects you will be a part of:
• Assist in establishing standards and governance to learning and development initiatives as part of VMS offerings
• Assist in deployment of multi-country training engagements for VMS clients
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
What you will need:
• 5+ years of relevant experience in financial services industry, payments, consulting or similar field, experience with a card issuer or acquirer a plus
• Bachelor's degree in quantitative fields such as business administration, economics, finance, computer science, engineering. Master’s Degree in related fields a plus
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
• Experience managing complex projects in matrixed organizations
• Experience in people management
• Implementation experience of a product or program within financial services.
