Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive expertise in lighting systems design and development in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, collaborative, and dedicated teammates.
You'll lead engineering studies to achieve top-notch performance in compliance with technical requirements. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including Project Managers, RAMS Engineers, and Validation Teams), coordinate engineering efforts, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of defining and implementing subsystem requirements, as well as maturing mechanical and electrical interfaces, but also verifying subsystems at both subsystem and train levels.
We’ll look to you for:
Developing and managing functional, performance, transverse, and train-level requirements for lighting systems
Coordinating with various teams to ensure consistency and compatibility in specifications
Delivering comprehensive subsystem documentation
Supporting sourcing and collaborating with suppliers throughout the design and validation phases
Defining and executing verification and validation strategies
Providing technical support during train revenue service and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

Master/Bachelor degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
Minimum 13+ years of exp
Experience or understanding of lighting hardware design in Railways/Automotive/Aerospace domains
Knowledge of train systems and a hands-on approach to design and development
Familiarity with team leadership and project management
A proactive mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused approach with robust organizational skills
Resilience and adaptability to work in a dynamic environment
