Could you be the full-time TC&IS Validation and Verification Manager in Bangalore we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive validation and verification expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside meticulous, dedicated, and collaborative teammates.
You'll ensure the integrity and performance of our software and systems by managing their validation and verification. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, project management, quality assurance), overseeing the configuration of validation tools, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of delivering precise test procedures and reports, but also ensuring the accuracy of our change request database.
We’ll look to you for:
Ensuring EHS rules compliance, particularly for activities on trains and test benches
Managing TC&IS validation and verification tools configuration
Delivering comprehensive TC&IS test procedures and reports
Overseeing configuration management of Verification & Test deliverables
Up-to-date management of validation status for change requests
Effective management of CR: addressing all non-conformities in test reports

Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience or understanding of software integration and validation
Knowledge of validation methods (boundary tests, equivalent class tests, etc.)
Familiarity with validation tools (TestStand, model-based testing tools, etc.)
A certification in project or quality management
Practical experience in managing work packages for sub-contractors
Understanding of the Design For Quality (DFQ) cycle
Proficiency in English
