Could you be the full-time Software Development Leader (SDL) in Vadodara we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive software development expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and collaborative teammates.
You'll lead the charge in delivering software solutions that meet quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) benchmarks. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Train Control Engineers, Sub-System Engineers, Verification & Validation Leaders), oversee software development processes, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of managing software development resources, ensuring the delivery of software baselines, and steering continuous improvement or Return on Experience (RoE) from previous projects.
We’ll look to you for:
Applying standard methodologies and processes to enhance domain efficiency
Defining, developing, and sharing reusable design patterns
Promoting continuous improvement within your team
Managing traceability and configuration of tools
Supporting costing issues in tenders and technical or process issues in projects
Accountability for software validation

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Experience or understanding of leading software development life cycles
Knowledge of model-based development tools like Matlab / Simulink, Control Build
Familiarity with network protocols such as MVB, Ethernet, CAN, RS232, RS485
A project management certification
Ability to manage work packages for sub-contractors
Strong leadership skills for a team of approximately 5 people
