The work:


You will be a part of the Ecosystem Cloud Resale Enablement Team. This team specializes in supporting Accenture pre-sales deal teams to shape the reselling of Cloud Services into the client proposition then post-sale, to provide services to on-board the provider accounts, operate billing and provide a unique Customer Success Management function.


You will: 


  • Analyze, and support cloud consumption estimate reporting and share in designated templates / financial models for Azure, GCP and AWS.
  • Will be in charge for processing estimate requests and adhere to defined processes and SLAs.
  • Understand all the consumption offerings of the major providers (services offered by Azure, AWS and GCP) as well as the different pricing models (i.e., reserved instances, savings plans, etc.) that are offered.
  • Respond to inquiries from Accenture client teams regarding cloud services, providing necessary explanations of the diverse options available. Virtual meeting with Accenture client teams to assist them with their questions on cloud services and provide estimates.
  • Understand Cloud Resale templates for estimation and financial modeling, and - adhere to process laid by management about providing those to requestors.
  • Support the Customer Success Manager team on client Pricing and Performance Optimization through Pulse Report using Power BI, VMware Cloud Health etc.             
  • Support the cloud vendor Deal Registration and Enablement team additional capabilities including assisting various Cloud Resale functions.

Here’s what you need:


  • College degree with 2 years or above relevant industry experience, in Cloud Presales (Preferably Azure or GCP).
  • At least one Cloud (Azure, GCP and AWS) technology certification. Preferably Azure or GCP.
  • Expertise and working experience on Azure, GCP or AWS pricing calculator.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

Extra credit if you have:


  • Cloud Cost Optimization experience.
  • Working experience as an AWS, Azure or GCP administrator.
  • Business Intelligence using Power BI or any similar tool.
  • Skilled in the use of Ai tools to deliver high quality content.

You may also need:


  • Ability to work flexible hours according to business needs.
  • Must have good internet connectivity and a distraction-free environment for working at home, in accordance with local guidelines.
