Description and Requirements

Lenovo is seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven E-Commerce CX Data Analyst to join our growing LXG (Lenovo Experience Group) team. The ideal candidate will help bring the Voice of the Customer (VoC) to life and be responsible for analyzing customer interactions across our digital platforms to enhance the overall shopping experience.


In this role, you will identify data-driven insights to influence CX decisions and initiatives across the organization. You will be an advocate for our end users, and you will leverage your storytelling abilities to influence stakeholders and help teams create industry-leading experiences for all.  


This role involves close collaboration with CX Focals from various geographies, WW E-Commerce Teams, Internal CX team, and operational teams around the organization that are responsible for delivery, fulfillment, and other web areas.


Key Responsibilities: 


  • Utilize advanced analytics and data visualization techniques to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable recommendations. 
  • Create and maintain dashboards to track web experience and CX metrics and visualize user behavior patterns. 
  • Follow standard operating procedures to maintain data quality for voice of customer tools. 
  • Collaborate with various teams to implement findings into design and development processes. 
  • Champion and handle the Text Analytics tool end to end including maintenance and periodic updates.
  • Work on regular BMS updates (monthly, fortnightly) that can be shared with stakeholders from across the organization.
  • Communicate research and data analysis, findings, and recommendations to executive stakeholders through clear, compelling reports and presentations. 
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in CX data science, and human-computer interaction. 

Qualifications: 


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in data analytics or computer science
  • 3+ years of experience in CX, data analysis, or a similar role. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Familiarity with customer feedback platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, Medallia) and CRM systems.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for improving the customer experience.
