Job Description

Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced and motivated EBS HR Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Human Resources (HR) modules and will be responsible for providing technical support, development, and enhancements to our HR systems. This role requires collaboration with functional teams, business users, and other technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide technical expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS modules including Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service HR, OTL, and Oracle Learning Management.
  • Develop and maintain custom reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions (RICEW) using Oracle tools (PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Oracle Workflow, Oracle BI Publisher).
  • Perform technical analysis, design, development, and implementation of new functionalities and enhancements to existing systems.
  • Collaborate with functional teams and business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the EBS HR modules.
  • Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Ensure all technical documentation is complete and up-to-date.
  • Provide ongoing maintenance and support for the EBS HR systems, including patching, upgrades, and performance tuning.
  • Participate in the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support.
  • Stay current with new features and functionality in Oracle EBS and recommend improvements and optimizations.

Qualifications

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS technical development and support.
  • Strong proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Oracle Workflow, and Oracle BI Publisher.
  • Experience with Oracle EBS R12, including implementation, customization, and support.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Applications Framework (OAF) and Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Oracle E-Business Suite certifications are a plus.

Preferred Skills:


  • Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM or other cloud-based HR systems.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Database administration and performance tuning.
  • Understanding of HR business processes and best practices.
  • Experience with data migration and integration projects.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
