ROLE: E-COMMERCE HEAD
LOCATION: GURGAON
WORKING DAYS: 6 DAYS (Monday to Saturday) (2nd & 4th Saturday off)
JOB SUMMARY: The Head of E-commerce will be responsible for driving the online business strategy, increasing revenue, and enhancing customer experience for the retail brand. This role involves managing online sales, digital marketing, website operations, customer experience, and omnichannel strategies to ensure seamless integration with offline stores.
PREFERRED BACKGROUND:
Prior experience in D2C brands, fashion, FMCG, electronics, or lifestyle retail.
Exposure to international e-commerce markets is a plus.
KEY SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience (8-13 years) in e-commerce, digital marketing, or retail business leadership.
Experience in managing marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and omnichannel retailing.
Analytical mindset with expertise in Google Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau for data-driven decisions.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to stay ahead of e-commerce trends, emerging technologies, and consumer behaviors.
