Job Summary
The Dynamics Senior Operations Lead will oversee the operations and continuous improvement of the CDAX platform to ensure system stability, efficiency, and enhanced user experience. This role requires a strong focus on data-driven insights, developing KPIs, and creating dashboards to monitor system health and performance. The ideal candidate will lead key initiatives, manage vendor relationships, and provide technical expertise to drive operational excellence.


Additionally, the role involves identifying opportunities for automation to streamline processes, reducing manual efforts, and improving response times. The candidate will lead cross-functional projects, mentor junior team members, and proactively address recurring issues to ensure seamless operations and a high level of customer satisfaction.



Responsibilities


·Oversee day-to-day operations of the CDAX platform, ensuring system stability, efficiency, and high-quality user experience.


·Lead software application development and operational improvement projects, allocating resources effectively to meet business priorities.


·Define and document product requirements, user stories, and project plans while ensuring execution aligns with agile methodologies.


·Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards using Power BI to monitor operational performance, system health, and vendor compliance.


·Optimize data queries including SQL stored procedures and Kusto SQL queries for real-time insights and performance monitoring.


·Provide technical support and expertise for the development, implementation, and maintenance of high-performance systems.


·Drive innovation by integrating new technologies and automating repetitive tasks to reduce manual efforts and improve productivity.


·Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, ensuring SLA adherence and operational excellence.


·Provide tangible feedback to improve product quality and minimize risks by reviewing and evaluating design and project activities.


·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects, including Azure Data Factory, Power Platform, and PCF-based solutions.


·Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and technical leadership to drive project success and team development.


·Identify patterns in recurring incidents, automate anomaly detection, and deliver proactive solutions to enhance system reliability.


·Enhance user satisfaction by implementing self-service solutions and improving response times through streamlined operations.


·Ensure compliance with standards and guidelines while proactively identifying and resolving system vulnerabilities and technical debt.



Education & Experience Recommended
•    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
•    10+ years’ experience as software developer with 4+ years of experience in building scalable applications using Dynamics technologies
Knowledge & Skills


  • Proficiency in Dynamics 365, Azure, Application Insights, Kusto SQL, Power BI, SQL queries, and stored procedures.
  • Experience with Azure Data Factory, Power Platform, and developing PCF controls.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like .NET, Java, Python, PHP.
  • Expert knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery, React, Angular, Node.js, and Ember.js.
  • Advanced understanding of HTML5, XML, XSLT, JSON, and responsive/adaptive design.
  • Knowledge of SQL and No-SQL databases.
  • Experience with CDNs and web acceleration layers such as Akamai.
  • Experience with GitHub and Git-based agile workflows.
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including writing and executing test plans.
  • Experience with cloud technologies – Amazon Web Services / Microsoft Azure
  • Experience with CI/CD concepts and practices
  • Experience with REST APIs as an application-developer consumer and/or as a service-API designer or provider
